Seven dozen ?
This is not poetry like "four score and seven" it looks like an attempt to hide the number.
Even seven dozen is an understatement. The actual number is 85 not 84.
Since when were infants counted like bread rolls?
Are these baker's dozens we are talking about, or regular dozens?
It is bad enough that small percentage gains or losses are typically reported using the 'style': "three tenths of one percent" instead of saying "point three percent".
Stop making people do arithmetic in their heads just to absorb information. Use plain speech.
